Introduction

Eligibility & Registration

r798 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Account approval is at r798's sole discretion.

Account Responsibilities

As a registered r798 player, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your r798 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity that occurs on the r798 Platform under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify r798 immediately by contacting our support team. r798 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

r798 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner inconsistent with international gaming compliance requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

r798 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your r798 PKR wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the r798 cashier section. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. r798 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, r798 requires players to complete identity and age verification (KYC). Bonuses & Promotions

r798 offers various promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all r798 promotions:

Disputes relating to promotions must be raised with r798 customer support within 7 days of the relevant promotional event or credited bonus. r798 will not consider claims raised outside this window.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on r798 are subject to the applicable game rules and betting rules for the relevant product category. By placing a wager, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable rules in force at the time the wager is placed.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for the sport and competition in question. In the event of a discrepancy between r798's displayed odds and the intended odds due to a technical error, r798 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed on suspended markets are void.

Live Casino: Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by certified dealers and physical game equipment. Results are final upon the completion of each game round. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not automatically void a wager; the outcome recorded by the live dealer system at the close of the round is binding.

Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by internationally licensed game providers. r798 does not influence or control individual game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

Void Bets: r798 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's PKR wallet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r798 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant licensing authority:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a way that generates unintended winnings. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error are non-withdrawable and will be reversed.
• Using the r798 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits after placing wagers funded by those deposits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r798 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r798 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through r798's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
